Andrew, it was very helpful for me to see the chart/screenshot you presented as you were discussing the "paper to physical battle" and the "scramble for physical" ... the $8.8 premium it created on the central bank intraday EFP "raid" as you called it in your last LFTV (#159), starting ~18 min, 30 seconds.
Unfortunately most of the time you don't really show any of the charts connected to what you're discussing.
It would be very helpful for me, and I have no doubt for others, if you would show us the charts and/or screenshots you are looking at and talking about, at least some of them, when you discuss what is happening. It might make your episodes a little bit longer time-wise, but it would be more educational and more understandable, IMO.
