Step By Step Guide To Setting Up A Trust Account

Someone, please supply a step by step guide for setting up a Kinesis trust account. On the business products page it tells us it is available as an option, but I have found no instruction about exactly what the steps are for setting up this trust account. For those of us who have a trust, this would be helpful. If we have a personal account already, can we bypass wasting time dealing with personal KYC a second time? Can Kinesis take our personal KYC for the trust account from the personal account records? Thanks.

There may have been some changes by now, but 18 months ago, this was the process:

• Choose Corporate/Trust... verification rather than Individual
• Choose Trust
• Upload Trust document.
• For each trustee
  • Enter name, date of birth, mobile number
  • Upload ID document
  • Upload Proof of Address document
• Provide selfie of one trustee holding sheet of paper with "Kinesis", today's date and name of trust

Uploads were done at end of each section (eg one trustee).
Each upload was done within a minute.

I found out, when I tried setting up another account, that the system leads us through the steps to set up either an individual trustee trust or a corporate trustee trust. If anyone wants to set up a trust, just start another account with a different email than the one you used for your personal account, and as you go from step to step in setting up that account, the system will guide you to fully set up the kind of trust of your choosing.
